and organizational activities are proprietary and confidential. Therefore,
it is Ziff Energy Group's policy that all news media contacts, provision of information
and arrangements for interviews with Ziff Energy Group or affiliates will be coordinated
by the Ziff Energy Group department of marketing and communications or by designees
of the department.
