Expert Opinion & Analysis for U.S. Securities Litigation
Prepared a 60 page report regarding methods to assess damage:
- client discussions to explain damage calculations

Gas Storage Operator (2008)
Expert Opinion & Analysis for a North American Storage Operator
- prepared initial research on storage valuation
- litigation pending.
Regulatory Board (2007-2008)
Expert Testimony for an Inquiry into NGL Supply, Demand, and NGL Extraction Rights
Prepared a 170 page report as the Regulatory Board's Inquiry Expert, including:
- a 20 year forecast of natural gas and NGL supply and demand for Alberta
- a review of NGL extraction rights conventions in Alberta and North America
- a summary and assessment of interested parties' submissions and recommendation on a preferred NGL extraction rights convention.
Major Oil and Gas Producer (2006-2008)
Expert Testimony on a Gas Purchase Contract Dispute
Provided 190 page expert evidence in a litigation representing a producer in a dispute
with a major gas marketer on termination of long term gas sales contracts, including:
- detailed calculations and analysis assessing future gas sales value
- duplication/auditing of marketer's calculations
- 70 page rebuttal evidence critiquing opponent's evidence.
Intermediate Oil and Gas Producer (2007)
Expert Testimony on a Gas Purchase Contract Dispute
Prepared 70 page rebuttal evidence for a producer disputing termination of long
term gas purchase and sales contracts with a major gas marketer.
Western Canada Gas Producer (2006-2007)
Litigation Testimony on Royalty Payment Deductions
- Audited methodology and calculations of processing fee deductions under a natural
gas royalty agreement, to support litigation between a producer and royalty holder
- 50 page expert report detailing historical processing fee calculation methodology
for royalty deductions
